On some newer Dell's, Compaq's and HP's the Manufacturer label is printed underneath the Battery, so if you cannot find it, try looking there.
If you can't find the manufacturer of your laptop, it is typically printed on the lid of your computer, and sometimes underneath the screen.
HOW TO FIND THE MODEL NUMBER?

HOW TO VERIFY YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM?
Press and hold the Windows Key on your keyboard, and press R
A Run window will open, type in WinVerand press OK
Your Windows version will be displayed in the window that comes up
HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR HARD DRIVE SIZE?
To find out your computer / Laptop Hard Disk size:
Go to the Start button at the bottom left of your computer screen
Click on Computer. Your Primary Hard Disk is listed.
HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR PROCESSOR TYPE?
Go to the Start button at the bottom left of your computer screen
Right click on Computer and go to Properties. The specifications of your computer are as shown in the Red Box's above.
HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR MEDIA DRIVE?
Go to the Start button at the bottom left of your computer screen
Click on Computer. Your Primary Media Drive is listed in this window.
HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR RAM MEMORY?
Go to the Start button at the bottom left of your computer screen

Confirm the specification of your laptop by selecting the options on the Valuation Form.
When you click on an option, the website will show you how to find the exact specification of your laptop.

STEP 2
Once you complete the Valuation Form you will receive an Instant Valuation. Then fill out our Collection Form, and an advisor will be contact you instantly.
We will then call you to confirm your address details and arrange for our Courier to collect your securely packaged item.
STEP 3
When your laptop arrives at our service centre, one of our technicians will test it for any faults and damage. The estimated value you will be given on our online valuation form is based on fully working laptop in good condition. The final value paid will be dependent on the condition of your item.
All your Data will be securely destroyed.
(Unless you selected DATA COPY on the valuation form)
Once we confirm the value of your laptop, we can pay you within the same working day!
